If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. These Terms apply to users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland in compliance with applicable laws, including consumer protection regulations and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where relevant.

The Service allows you to post, upload, share, and store content such as event details, text, images, comments, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, and perform your User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Allpinion or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
"Allpinion" and related logos are trademarks of Allpinion. You may not use them without permission.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and we may delete your User Content.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, indemnification) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
For users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, this does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allpinion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. This limitation does not apply to liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., EU consumer protection laws).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allpinion, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
